Group Fitness

Many group fitness classes are designed to make you sweat and out of breath, but they aren't optimized to yield the results you're looking for
Classes at PPT are different: after a brief warm up, you will focus primarily on resistance training. Instead of the treadmill, rower or bike, you'll spend time with dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells
Classes are limited to 6 people, so everyone gets personal attention
Classes are suitable for people of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes

Nutrition Coaching

At PPT, you'll work collaboratively with your nutrition coach to create a custom action plan designed to achieve your goals
Options include in-person check-ins, grocery store tours, nutrition and/or habit tracking and more
Note that only registered dieticians are qualified to provide specific meal plans; if that is what you're looking for, we'll be happy to connect you with an RD
