Group Fitness

    • Many group fitness classes are designed to make you sweat and out of breath, but they aren't optimized to yield the results you're looking for

    • Classes at PPT are different: after a brief warm up, you will focus primarily on resistance training. Instead of the treadmill, rower or bike, you'll spend time with dumbbells, kettlebells, and barbells

    • Classes are limited to 6 people, so everyone gets personal attention

    • Classes are suitable for people of all skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes

    • Single Class: $25

Nutrition Coaching

    • At PPT, you'll work collaboratively with your nutrition coach to create a custom action plan designed to achieve your goals

    • Options include in-person check-ins, grocery store tours, nutrition and/or habit tracking and more

    • Note that only registered dieticians are qualified to provide specific meal plans; if that is what you're looking for, we'll be happy to connect you with an RD
